Grade A Intelligence · Inspection Watch

Know the risk. Fix the operation. Be ready when they walk in.

Inspection Watch is Grade A Rescue’s continuous-compliance approach for operators who want to move earlier. It brings inspection history, cycle context, open corrective work, case activity and operating readiness into one working picture.

NYC Health Department inspections are unannounced. Grade A Rescue does not claim to know an inspector’s scheduled date or time. Inspection Watch is designed to help operators understand exposure and readiness using available records, inspection-cycle context and the actual condition of the operation.
Continuous compliance

An alert is useful only if someone knows what to do next.

An estimated inspection window does not correct a 48°F lowboy, restore hot water, organize pest-control records, train a new manager or prepare an OATH file.

Grade A Intelligence is intended to connect the signal to the work: identify what deserves attention, document what is open and move the restaurant toward a specific next action.

Inspection historyPrior inspection results and relevant cycle context are reviewed to understand when readiness should move from routine to active.
Open conditionsCorrective actions, recurring violation patterns, equipment issues, training needs and documentation gaps remain visible until they are closed.
Case activityHearing dates, evidence, corrective documentation and agency-related next steps stay tied to the restaurant record rather than scattered across email threads.
Recommended actionThe output is not simply “high risk.” It should identify the next operational move: review, mock inspection, correction, training, evidence collection or case preparation.
When exposure changes

The system should move the work, not create another dashboard to watch.

Grade A Rescue combines compliance intelligence with field review and case execution. When something changes, the operator should know what requires attention and who is responsible for the next step.

01
Monitor

Keep the restaurant record current: inspection history, open work, deadlines and material changes.

02
Review

Determine whether the change is administrative, operational or serious enough to require field work.

03
Inspect

When needed, put a compliance specialist inside the operation rather than relying on a remote checklist.

04
Correct

Assign the work, document the correction and close the condition with evidence.

05
Defend

If the matter becomes an eligible OATH case or enforcement issue, carry the record forward into case preparation.

06
Continue

Return the location to ongoing monitoring instead of waiting for the next inspection to restart the process.

Multi-location operators

See which location needs attention first.

A restaurant group should not have to discover its weakest location through an enforcement event. The intended portfolio view is simple: current status, open work and the location that requires management attention.

Client record

Inspection reports, hearing documents, photos, invoices, service records and corrective-action evidence organized around the location and case.

Readiness work

Mock inspections, prioritized corrections, staff routines and manager verification connected to the restaurant’s actual operating exposure.

Case response

When a matter escalates, Grade A Rescue can move into eligible OATH representation, shutdown response, corrective-action coordination and reopening preparation.

Grade A Intelligence

Build readiness before the inspection becomes the emergency.

Inspection Watch is part of Grade A Rescue’s ongoing compliance direction. Availability and scope depend on the operator, number of locations, case history and level of field support required.
