NYC Restaurant Compliance Services

One operating system for the moments that put your restaurant at risk.

Grade A Rescue supports New York City restaurant operators before, during, and after enforcement events. We combine continuous compliance intelligence, field inspection work, hearing preparation, corrective action, staff readiness, and a secure client workflow.

Grade A Intelligence · Inspection Watch

Continuous compliance intelligence that organizes inspection-cycle context, open corrective actions, readiness work, and the next operational step. The goal is not to predict a secret inspection date. It is to act earlier when risk increases.

How we work

The work starts with the risk, not with a package.

Some restaurants need a mock inspection. Others need a hearing file built immediately. A shutdown requires a different response than a routine training visit. Multi-unit operators may need recurring oversight across locations. We identify the immediate exposure first, then define the work around the actual operation and case.

For urgent matters, call us directly. For planned or ongoing work, submit a compliance review and our team will route the request to the appropriate specialist.
